BijzonderMOOI is a home accessory retailer from the Netherlands that only carries products that are 'beautiful, quirky and functional'. Aiming to create an online shopping experience that resembles a treasure hunt, BijzonderMOOI continually searches for up and coming designers to introduce to the mix.
My favourites are definitely Keecie, making these cute pouches and bags out of recycled leather jackets and couches. They even screen print designs directly on to the inside of the leather pouches (see below). They've also got birdie and cat graphics going. I have a soft spot for that!
As intended, clicking around on BijzonderMOOI is really a bit of a treasure hunt. They have such an eclectic mix of products that you never know what's coming. I've found a bit of treasure myself: Natural wood USB memory sticks! Perfect for all the tree huggers out there ;) They were hand picked from the forest floors.
